- Key responsible to review the test reports of GAP, Kapphal, Talbots, Target Australia, K-MartAustralia, Big W, SMYK, Kontoor, H&M, Falabella, Totus and others buyers.- Verifying and Finalizing the test report as per buyer manual/protocol.- To maintain regular communication with buyers & suppliers.- Ensuring the standard quality of test result as well as report.- Coordinating with the laboratory’s staff for any testing related issue. - Monitoring the progress of the tests and liaise with the Laboratory Supervisor to ensure that thetests are completed within the stipulated time.- Registering the complaints received and recording the corrective and preventive action.- Responsible to secure all updated documents of all aforementioned buyers. - Responsible for the instant solution of any report-related issue during reviewing.

Job Responsibilities:- To ensure the product quality and product’s testing parameters of H&M, M&S and Sainsbury buyers.- Following up quality control process flow like Singing, Desizing, Scouring, Bleaching, dyeing, printing & finishing.- Accountable to generate FTD sheet, supplier Own Risk Assessment & Risk Assessment.- Answerable to face all audits of H&M, M&S and Sainsbury buyers.- Answerable to directly work with the product development team to meet the buyer’s requirement.- To review the in-house & 3rd party lab test report.- Accountable to strictly follow-up the development stage, counter stage and production stage of all products & meet the customer’s requirement of all test.- Responsible to communicate with factory merchandiser, buying merchandiser, buying quality assurance team & other relevant suppliers.- To analyze the defected finished fabrics and products at all stages of H&M and M&S buyers and find the root cause analysis of them & ultimately solve it.- Responsible to train up the lab persons who are directly perform the lab test.- To assure the product quality according to buyer requirement.

Job Responsibilities:- Performing all types of Textile Testing according to technical SOP/Method, verify & ensuring the accuracy of test result.- Responsible to maintain Quality Management System.- Prepare test specimens & perform tests according to methods stipulated by clients with the assistance of lab team in accordance with documented testing method & buyer manual.- Execution of the corrective & preventive actions.- Responsible for validation of methods & calibration of instruments.- Assist in monitoring day to day operations of the team & ensure to improve efficiency, productivity & quality services of the team.- Input test results in the internal worksheet for making the test report.
