Quality Assurance Manager
Current** Reporting to : Management Representative- Determining, negotiating and agreeing for quality procedures, standards and/or specifications by investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety.- Ensuring that services comply with standards at both national and international level and working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems.- Internal auditor team leader to schedule and organize internal audit programs to assure maintenance of compliance for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007.- Schedule and organize the attendance for certification body (TÜV Rheinland Egypt) for audit annually.- Setting customer service standards to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied consistently through the management of quality system and assessing these requirements and processing customer’s complaints to close it by C/P actions.- Preparing objectives and the result reports with attached analysis data sheets for all divisions.- Develop and following-up a “corrective/preventive actions procedure” that would assure the prevention and non-recurrence of non-conformities cases to assure the implementation of required C/P actions.- Identify and assess training plan and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and coordinating its with executive managers.
