I was involved in the functioning experience as a mental health professional through counseling and psychotherapy, training, facilitation and research, and project executive for more than 5 years. As a therapist in my practice, I used a different approach to deal with the client. In July 2018 I participated in a 7 days training as a Crisis Responder at Ukhya refugee camp under the Cyclone preparedness and management program, Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief. And early 2018 according to the roster basis I worked for three months as Psychological First Aid (PFA) provider at the Ukhya refugee camp under HEAL Bangladesh Foundation. As an assistant consultant, I worked for the ‘Safeguarding Assessment’ of Relief International at Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh up to 31 December 2020 contract for services (RI-cxbsc-2020-010). I performed as a trainee psychologist for about fifteen months at the ‘Students Guidance and Counselling Center University of Dhaka. I also have working experience for more than six months as an intern psychologist at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital, Dhaka. I performed as a project manager at Heal Bangladesh Foundation and as a trainer and psychological counselor at Audiology Bangladesh. At present, I am working as a Psychosocial Counselor at Concerned Women for Family Development (CWFD)
