Key Account Manager
CurrentMaintain key account management of clients including garments & textiles, , Spinnings, pharmaceuticals, food industry, ceramics industry, steel mills at different locations as per company requirement) regarding spare parts, service collaboration & techno-commercial solution to them for Gas Genset, Diesel Genset, Boiler, Chiller & Rental service.• Prepare monthly forecasting of spare parts including consumables, emergency, overhauling & turbocharger of 660KWe~4300kwe range of MWM gas generator.• Prepare monthly/half yearly/yearly forecasting of spare parts including consumables, emergency & service sales for Perkins/Greaves (30KVA~2000KVA) diesel generator, Enmax exhaust gas boiler, Voltas chiller.• Follow up & regular visit throughout the country regarding schedule maintenance( E40, E60, E70 etc) at 4000hr, 24000hr, 32000hr, 48000hr,64000hr & so on along with turbocharger maintenance on 12000hr or 16000hr interval for gas & diesel Genset.• Maintain the client’s hourly maintenance report (monthly) & updating annual maintenance contract each year.• Submitting local & overseas quotation of spare parts on the same day of query & do negotiation with clients.• Branding & generating query for the key products(power generation machines) of the company.• Outstanding follow up & collecting market information including competitors activities from various sources and keep the management informed accordingly.• Communication with major suppliers of power generation machine components.• Checking & controlling PI & invoice, Packing list & other related documents for importing of goods.• Identifying clients demand, co-ordination with store, day to day customer end delivery planning to maintain minimum lead time & highest level of customer satisfaction.• Post shipment inspection & preparing UOS&D report.• Maintaining all the documents as per the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 standard.
