Key Account Manager
Current- Maintain key account management of clients including garments & textiles,, Spinnings, pharmaceuticals, food industry, ceramics industry, steel mills at different locations as per company requirement) regarding spare.
- Prepare monthly forecasting of spare parts including consumables, emergency, overhauling & turbocharger of 660KWe~4300kwe range of MWM gas generator.
- Prepare monthly/half yearly/yearly forecasting of spare parts including consumables, emergency & service sales for Perkins/Greaves (30KVA~2000KVA) diesel generator, Enmax exhaust gas boiler, Voltas chiller.
- Follow up & regular visit throughout the country regarding schedule maintenance( E40, E60, E70 etc) at 4000hr, 24000hr, 32000hr, 48000hr,64000hr & so on along with turbocharger maintenance on 12000hr or 16000hr.
- Maintain the client’s hourly maintenance report (monthly) & updating annual maintenance contract each year.
- Submitting local & overseas quotation of spare parts on the same day of query & do negotiation with clients.
