I am a passionate advocate for renewable energy, currently serving as the Assistant Director (Solar) at SREDA, the nodal agency for promoting renewable energy in Bangladesh. Since joining SREDA in 2015, I have been instrumental in:• Project & Program Development: Designing and implementing programs to accelerate solar energy adoption.• Feasibility & Monitoring: Conducting feasibility studies and monitoring project implementation for optimal results.• Policy Formulation: Contributing to the draft formulation of key policies like the Net Metering Guideline-2018 and Grid Integration Guidelines for Solar Irrigation Pumps-2020.Technical Expertise & Innovation:My background in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) and M.Sc. from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), along with extensive training programs on renewable energy, empowers me to deliver impactful solutions.
