I was in charge of opening and closing the store. I have worked every position on the line proficiently. These positions include bread slicing, meat portioning, sandwich dressing, sandwich expediting. As shift leader I was responsible for a crew of three or more. I handled/ was responsible for large sums of money.

As the cashier I was responsible for handling money and insuring the front of the house was clean and presentable for customers. My duties as prep would be to clean and chop food for production of salads and sandwiches.

My duties as the art teacher included verbal communication skills. I planned activities for children. I answer an average of 50 customer calls in a day, registering children for programs offered at the time and I schedule field trips. As a Canteen worker, my duties include extreme productivity in a high volume, high-stress environments. I handle money and merchandise. *I started a cooking club for a small group of children teaching them how to make simple and healthy snacks for home.
