Current1. Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, policies & process and drive the initiatives aligned with the overall business as per client need. 2. Responsible to assess HR needs and develop tailored solutions to address organization & business challenges.3. Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic initiatives.4. Partnering with managers and functional heads to ensure the implementation of HR policies to enhance employee performance and meet regulatory and compliance requirements.5. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Drive change management agenda within the organization to deliver the desired result.6. Conduct Training need assessment and arrange training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.7. Ensure the effective and efficient allocation and use of human and financial resources.
