- Led the development of an automation studio that helps the user to automate their day to day tasks using an interactive user interface. The tool automates procedural tasks like data entry, form submission using a series of automation frameworks, as well as incorporating image processing and OCR capabilities.- Led the development of an advanced intelligent workforce that helps banks and health industries automate their internal processes using a collection of custom automation frameworks. The bots perform various forms of data entries, image verifications, data analysis, and use machine learning algorithms to make smart decisions that help the clients in the automation of a series of time consuming operations.

- Led the development of a tool that uses IoT and Machine Learning to facilitate power consumption reduction, security enhancement, analytics, component lifecycle and health monitoring for bank ATMs. The platform provides the banks the ability to remotely monitor power consumption, user footfall, and threats inside the ATM and at the same time optimizes the electricity usage which delivers a significant cost reduction inside the facility. - Led the development of an IoT based home automation tool that integrates with the internal circuitry of a home, enabling it with the ability to remotely control and monitor switches and electrical appliances via mobile or web interfaces.- Led the development of a secure communication platform that enables end-to-end encrypted audio, video, text communication as well as file sharing via a highly secured architecture. The project is aimed towards one of the largest workforce of Bangladesh. The platform combines a highly secured server coupled with android, desktop, and web applications as the communication clients.- Developed an IoT-based fault locator platform for power supply companies of Bangladesh. Developing an interactive dashboard that shows real time updates and status of the power distribution across various locations. This platform combines an app for real time notification of power failure and system maintenance.

- Led the development of SMILE, targeting 300,000+ SMEs in Bangladesh to improve access to finance, data management, and business insights over 3 years. Responsibilities included research, technical architecture, backend and frontend development, dashboard design, project management, and partner relations.- Led iML, an M&E tool for the Prime Minister’s Office of Bangladesh, monitoring G2P and P2G payment digitization impacts. Responsibilities covered requirement analysis, technical architecture, backend development, project management, and post-deployment support.- Technical Lead for Cash Transfer Modernization, focusing on payment digitization in social safety net programs. Tasks included project management, app customization, technical support, and database management.- Technical Lead for Better Than Cash Diagnostics, assessing Bangladesh's payment ecosystem for a transition to digital payments. Used open source platforms like Wordpress and FrontlineSMS to collect idea submissions.- Built tools that enable the branch account officers to see real time mobile money transaction information and allow the managers to get the necessary analysis of the mobile money transactions in their branch. The tools are being used in 100+ branches across the country.- Developed mobile based data collection systems that are being used to collect household data in two of the remotest areas in Bangladesh.- Developed mobile based payment systems for 23 schools across different slums of Dhaka to help the poor parents pay their children's school fees with ease and to enable the management with a better view of financial transactions and to reduce the workload of school authorities.
