•Manage all the S&OP process and give the upper management weekly update result after complete all the meetings with the Sales management and the brand manager•Prepare and review the Order Plan for all Product "Smart Phones ,Tablets, Accessories, Mobily (SIM cards ,Vouchers, Modem) and also Al JAZZIRA Sport cards" For Al Haddad Group and all the sister Company "KUBE3 & TMM & C2A Dubai"•Control all the stock in Haddad Group and all the sister company of all product•Monitoring and Making sure about safety Stock from all product according to consumption per week•Follow Up the none moving and dead stock with sales Dept. and Monitoring the progressing•Monitoring and control the allocation of goods in Branches retail and wholesale and make reallocate for the goods and agree this process with all concerning parties •Prepare management report and review the result with the high management review meeting monthly •Review all weekly sales forecast with sales Dept. and take the expectation of market and also the Marketing Dept. feedback •Contact all the supplies company "Samsung ,Nokia ,Lenovo ,HTC,…" to discuss the target and also the quarter Plan •Coordinate between Supply chain and other Departments•Handling all the issue of the new planning System and arrange the date to apply the system •Handling all the complain with supplier according to the service unit feedback •Follow up all the initiatives of Marketing Dept. and also all the campaign and prepare the plan to cover all requirement •Manage the planning team & prepare distribution of task quarterly

•Integrate all supply Chain Departments, and link them with Commercial Division, in order to support the commercial Division, and offer them all supporting services they need•Plan Demand and Supply in both sectors (Trading and industrial).•Control all supplies processes and make sure to set all required procedures.•Control & Plan Inventory for all products.•Manage and control distribution process for all products and among all distribution centers.•Control & Plan Inventory for Raw Material.•Implement ordering process to ensure smooth production with low cost•Control the production in order to meet high efficiency in production with low cost and inventory.•Manage post ordering activities (domestically in coordination with transportation team, and internationally with shipping lines to our external customers).•Control data & information flow between all Supply Chain Departments.•Coordinate between Supply chain and other Departments (HR, IT, …etc) to get the needed support for all Supply Chain Activities.•Participate in Setting and Implementing Oracle ERP in Al-Sorayai Group Manufacturing sector and insure full & smooth Procure

•Coordinate with other departments for handling received requests according to SIM operation policy and as delegated and requested by direct line of authority •Manage SIM Support Team•Prepare necessary schedules, action plan and report feed back to head line of authority.•Follow up on SIMs’ stock & vouchers in SIM save.•Coordinate with distribution team &courier company to distribute SIMs/Vouchers to all location•Follow up on Stock SIMs & vouchers in SIM Save.•Perform any duty or assignment requested by management •Ensure that SIMs are processed in terms of quality standards.•Operate SIM Operation software, reports and data entry.•Responsible for contributing to the enhancement of customer satisfaction. •Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Syriatel’s quality management.•Evaluate subordinates performance.
