   Technical Solutions Design and Planning (which include2G, 3G, LTE and WLAN Networks) according to customers’ requirements. These include;• Dimensioning the RAN network which includes number of TRX, BTS, channel elements, Node-Bs, RNCs according to the coverage, capacity and quality requirements from the operator.• Planning of new sites coverage and capacity using Planning tools• Defining Parameters like Site coordinates, Antenna Type, Height, Antenna, Tilt & Azimuth, CPICH power.• Defining appropriate Propagation Models and Parameters. Help the customer to get more knowledge about ZTE's products by holding workshops and presentations of new or enhanced products and functionalities.  Making Site Configuration in accordance to designed Solutions Technical support to the on-site engineers/After-sales Team. This includes;• Validating the site configuration in the field during the technical site survey visit.• Conducting site performance check after integration through drive test measurement to determine likely problems• Making detailed Post processing of Drive Test log files analysis using TEMS Investigation tool for parameters such RSCP, Ec/Io, Rx Power, Tx Power, RLC Throughput and analyzing problems arising and corresponding causes.• Analyzing and troubleshooting the worst performing cells based on high drop call rate, poor Hanover success rate, poor uplink and downlink Quality in Network to improve the overall signed KPIs.• Making Network Audit to find the inconsistencies in the network, wrongly defined parameters, missing neighbors, cells requiring reconfiguration of SDCCH, TRX additions and neighbours deletions. Preparing Appropriate Technical Proposals, RFIs, RFQs and Bidding Document based on customer requirements. Constantly updating my knowledge through available personal trainings online or offline  Making competitive market research and analysis.
