Duties and Responsibilities:1. Conduct inspection tours on production & packaging area.2. Check and approve the batch record documents from one stage to another and request form of Repack.3. Conduct finished products acceptance according to approved sampling and checking plans at each stage.4. Follow all quality requirements for all documents and devices within working areas.5. Follow-up to all matters relating to quality assurance programs, in coordination with GMP staff.6. Follow-up Deviation reports, Change control and monthly reports.7. Distribution of work and tasks between GMP staff and coordination with other department supervisors.8. Check GMP compliance reports.9. Develop, modify and update the documentation for IPC (forms, sop. etc.)10. Follow-up GMP staff and ensure their implementation of the sop’s and commitment to the laws of the company.11. Follow up of training for employees and new GMP compliance staff.12. Follow-up to the rules of GMP and the requirements of ISO 9001 & 14001 in manufacturing & packaging areas. 13. Follow-up to comply with the general rules and policy department.14. Follow up production plans15. Conduct inspection tours for other department according to auditing internal program in QA dep.16. Follow-up mails and conduct investigation for different cases related to GMP compliance dep.
