I was hired as a Project Manager to handle sapphire's mega project for SINDH EXCISE motor vehicle registration. This project was already pending from last 3 years and I completed in 9 months and launched the system without any rollback phase and zero downtime. Now successfully running in all over SINDH and handed over to MR Team.Another major development in MVR system is FBR new taxes which is based on filer and non-filer tax on engine capacity basis. After successful achievements I received achievement letters from FBR, EXCISE and SAPPHIRE. After MVR system’s achievement SINDH EXCISE assigned new project vehicle’s file scanning project and this project is also in my management with complete operation HR, hardware management, software development and integration with current MVR system. Project completed in three months and running successfully. Major Achievements • Redesign database architecture to manage dynamic features and control user’s securities. • Complete database migration from IBM POWER AS400 SYSTEM Flat File DATABASE to RDBMS Structured Database. Introduced and implemented fast printing techniques and client server base printing architecture. • Other agencies (CPLC, ACLC, ISI, MI, NAB, ARMY) connectivity and their policies implementation. • Implementation of new business policies in application (tax standards architecture, user activities, pre-post audit frauds checks, choice number registration, tax demand procedures, auto banks integration & intimation module and SINDH EXCISE HR management module). File scanning project soft file movement with all logs department wise, attachment, deliveries and invoices.

An entrepreneurial effort I started my own Software & computer education house with myself heading the team of three senior professional programmers and a teacher. This house was produced & developed customize systems and IT solution, support & services.

I joined as a junior programmer and I was given the charge of the Director Development and I developed and redesigned all the System in Oracle 7 Unix base environment.
