As a Massage Therapist, I accurately review the client's medical history and other health providers’ records and assess symptoms and all relevant information before treatment. I provide therapeutic and medical massage therapy applying a variety of modalities to relieve bodily aches and pains and provide relaxation, including Swedish, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, REKI, Chair, Aromatherapy, Sports, Oncology Massage and Foot Reflexology. I was responsible for providing therapeutic and medical massage therapies applying approved protocols and modalities to relieve pain, help rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients. To determine physical therapy treatment requirements, I evaluated physician’s referrals and analyzed patients’ records. I also documented all procedures I provided to clients as well as all given recommendations.

I served as a Mission Coordinator accountable for the management and coordination of all Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) equipment necessary to accomplish the Scan Eagle mission objective. I analyzed and utilized the existing and forecasted weather conditions for the duration of flight activities as well as UAS tactics and capabilities to achieve mission objectives. I also used customer provided mapping products and available communication means to ensure de-confliction between the UAS and other airborne platforms and fires while operating from the deployed location.

In this position, I managed the TUAS Air Crew Training Program for the state of New Jersey delivering standardized training for 15 Operators and 6 Crew Chiefs. I also served as a TUAS Standardized Instructor/Operator, Mission Coordinator, Aircraft Commander, and a Mission Briefing Officer on UAS Shadow.

As a Mission Commander, I led and managed flight operations for the RQ-23A UAV Platform. I provided airspace coordination and supervised personnel during Airborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Full Motion Video (FMOV) missions. I was also in charge of crew scheduling, fuel control, "Time Over Target" coordination, pre-flight briefs, mission logging, post-flight paperwork and logbooks, and Aircrew Resource Management and Safety.

During my tenure in the position as a UAS Standardization/Instructor Operator, I developed and executed the TUAS Air Crew Training Program for the state of New Jersey. I acted as a TUAS Standardized Instructor/Operator, Mission Coordinator, Aircraft Commander, and a Mission Briefing Officer on UAS Shadow. I played an important role in driving the NJ National Guard Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems (TUAS) Platoon to the third rank in the Nation for Safety and Flight Hours in 2012-2014. I also contributed to the NJ National Guard TUAS achieving a 94.5% success rate in the 2014 Army Resources Management System (ARMS) Inspection.

I served as an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Pilot/Sensor Operator and Mission Coordinator by planning, executing, or coordinating flight operations (over 500 hours as a Mission Coordinator). I was awarded Excellence Achievement for over 1000 hours of safe flight in Combat Environment in support of Special Forces Operations in Kirkuk, Iraq.

As a Schools & Training NCO, I scheduled and managed routine activities, event exercises, training ceremonies, and special events. I also directed training operations and the enrollment process of military service schools. In addition, I liaised with Unit Mobilization Officers to validate mobilization training and packets.

As an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator (UAV) and Section Supervisor, I provided leadership and supervision to 10 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operators. I also provided instruction and counseling to employees on Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations and Policies. In addition, I served as a personal advisor to the Company Commander.

I effectively managed operations of the HR Department by administering personnel programs that supported over 3,000 Army personnel, leading and supporting staff, implementing HR policies, and handling the department budget. I planned and oversaw all issues associated with strength accounting, maintenance of personnel records, personnel requisitioning, reassignments, reenlistments, promotions, transfers, eliminations, and retirement. I also identified service requirements and prepared recommendations for awards or decorations. I managed the housing area inspection programs and served as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) representative.

As an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager, I provided technical and administrative support and supervision in the Military Pay Section. I delegated tasks and provided technical guidance to clerical personnel. I also reviewed documents and pay actions to ensure completeness of data for preparation of military pay orders (MPO), generated reports, and maintained files and publications in a combat environment.
