● Establish activities and functions related to safety and quality assurance processes such as, auditing, monitoring and analyzing the Safety and Quality System in accordance with the audit plan to authenticate and authorize the company’s aptitude. Monitor all operations and maintenance by establishing standards with the applicable measures, progression specifications, manufacturers’ specifications, Civil Aviation Regulations, customer requirements, and applicable data approved or accepted by the Authority.● Operate as a Safety and Quality Auditor, spearhead and participate actively in the establishment of the Safety Management System and Quality Assurance processes of the company ● Lead internal audit and surveillance of air operations and maintenance activities and programmes as organized on the Audit and time-bound activity tracking software: Q - PULSE.● Amend and update the Safety Management Systems Manual, Quality Manual, etc. in accordance with changes in the organisation and extant regulations. ● Pre-inspect aircraft for issue /renewal of the certificate of airworthiness by the Civil Aviation Authority.● Facilitate highly structured safety risk analysis of new and existing operational activities utilizing the GAEL Risk- SMAL 2 software.● Coordinate well documented Management of Change processes for all new critical activities and operations of the company.● Ensure monitoring of all reported incidents in the company and conduct investigation as required as tracked by the SENTINEL ‘event’ management software.
