- Support the programme by co-ordinating the various projects within the Balochistan programme, including offering appropriate support to ensure the smooth running of the partnership working relationships  Support the Project staff, in project planning, implementation and evaluation of work and staff Help to develop staff by assessing training needs and arrangement of same. Facilitate the capacity building process of the implementing partners and field teams Periodically monitor the projects to ensure that project are being implemented as planned and are achieving the impact on the beneficiaries Represent programme at different platforms, events, meetings in the absence of line manager or otherwise as directed.
