• Scheduling, canceling, modifying, and reconciling appointments for Pre-doctoral Clinics• Answering Multi-line telephone to confirm cancel or reschedule patient appointments, and route callers to appropriate department• Navigate patients through check-in and check-out procedures also providing them with payment receipts along with After Visit Summary• Collecting and validating patient payments and verify Medicaid eligibility• Providing patients with appointment confirmation and necessary details regarding their appointment (time, date, location, provider, etc.)• Providing knowledgeable and compassionate service in response to patient questions and concerns.
