Develop MOC procedure and workflow.Detail Engineering and Design of process piping system as per MOC.Preparing CDP with help of assign project Process Engineer.Assist the project team in Preparing and Reviewing FEED package, project scope of work, ITB etc.Carryout / Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and HAZOP to ensure safe working and operating conditions in the plant.Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculated time frames and sequences the stages of the project.Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project.Prepares status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules. Allocates project resources appropriately.Presents procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project. Maintained project integrity and reputation through compliance with SABIC and International standards.Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsDevelop labor and material estimation for projects related all Piping Engineering activities.Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project statusMentor project teamCooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical supportCoordinate with other disciplines and operations department to develop and implement Project, modification and changes in the plant.Monitor and expedite issue of engineering deliverables as per schedules and commensurate with the front availability by organizing inter discipline group meetings and take corrective action as required.Carryout / Participate in Management of Change and HAZOP to ensure safe working and operating conditions in the plant.
