Writing happens to me without any effort, don't remember when a hobby turned into a profession. Gathered an exemplary experience of blogging, writing articles for different websites, proofreading of content, creating well-researched content. Worked as a Managing Editor in a reputed magazine Business Connect at Janakpuri, West Delhi. Here, I created content/articles for top-notch entrepreneurs. I wrote their success stories, challenges in business, achievements and future plans according to the edition of the Magazine. Moreover, I managed the team of writers and my list of responsibilities include allocation of work, assigning deadlines, guiding and empowering them, providing feedback, etc. Won the title of the 'Most Efficient Editor, 2019' at Business Connect Magazine.Previously, I worked as an English facilitator at an NGO, known as Freedom English Academy. I used to impart English education to the underprivileged youth through interactive classes. Here, I also helped them in shaping their personality according to the curriculum plus making them more aware-citizens of this society. We, facilitators, used to help them in reading, writing and listening. In addition to this, I used to empower and manage my parallel and co-facilitators in their sessions. Helping them in the preparation of their lessons, motivating them, counselling, etc.
