During construction phase, I lead owner’s team of engineers and supervisors assigned on construction of Oil Storage terminals. The project was successfully commissioned in December 2018. Major responsibilities included:• Coordination with engineering and construction contractors to ensure that job was being executed as per designer’s specifications• Participate in development, review and monitoring of construction plans. In case of slippage, work out recovery plans and manage their implementation• Risk analysis at various stages of construction and development of management plans• Review and implementation of documents generated by construction contractor which include Job Safety Plans, Quality Control Plans and other method statements for various activities• Verification of contractor invoices and management of claims• Functional development and handling of administrative matters related to team members.• Planed for Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance• Analytics for Procurement of Machinery and equipment. • Leads other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in the Quality Improvement Process

• Leading multiple Technical loss reduction projects and System improvement.• Project Lead to Smart Grid Meter Installation. • High Tension feeder and technical loss reduction. • Survey, data collection and to facilitate company for the installation Smart Grid. • Testing of static and Direct on Line meters.• Testing of CT operated energy meters of large and small industries.• Reporting and maintaining database regarding daily consumption of electricity, sent out variation, electricity loss condition.• Conduct daily review on the accuracy and functionality of EMS application and carryout necessary tuning and rectification.• Prepare all required reports/documents for EMS as needed.• Team leader of Special Task Force for theft detection and loss reduction of Ordinary, Industrial and Public sector consumers.• Replacement of faulty meters.• Testing of meters accuracy through Meter Testing Equipment.

.• Monitor and execute timely maintenance of all electrical and Control equipments such as motors, transformers, switchgears, MOVs, Drives, control panels, PLC, DCS etc to ensure least down time. Ensure that standby equipment is operational for emergency use.• Troubleshooting and fault analysis of the Electrical and Instrumentation control system.• Monitor work carried out by sub-ordinate to ensure adherence of the standard specifications for maintenance and maintenance schedule, and recommend improvement wherever necessary during schedule / unscheduled shutdown. Fixing priority of maintenance work to arrange maintenance program for shutdown period.• Troubleshooting through Control Builder M Professional in ABB PLC and DCS.• Troubleshooting of ABB ACS800 Main Motors Drives through Drive Window Software.• Analysis of faults through IBA Signal System.• To evaluate the manpower requirement for preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance prepare the job schedule.• To monitor the work order status for obstacles, and to re-schedule the task if required.• To review and provide support in preparation of various maintenance performance reports such as preliminary failure root cause analysis report.• Planning & monitoring day to day activities and keeping in record all the activities and modification made.• Prepare technical specifications for spare parts & evaluate the received offers for maintaining the warehouse inventory of electrical and instrument equipment to ensure the availability of all critical spares in case of emergency.• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of motor control centers (MCCs).• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different maintenance activities.• Ensuring HSE policies being followed by the team members.

• Monitor and execute timely maintenance and operation of all electrical and Control equipments such as motors, transformers, switchgears, MOVs, Drives, Generator control panels, PLC, DCS etc to ensure least down time. Ensure that standby equipment is operational for emergency use.• Routine operational check up for the Plant Status. Maintain the logs for Alarm and shutdown information. • Troubleshooting and fault analysis of the Electrical and Instrumentation control system.• Monitor work carried out by sub-ordinate to ensure adherence of the standard specifications for maintenance & operation and maintenance/operation schedule, and recommend improvement wherever necessary during schedule / unscheduled shutdown. Fixing priority of maintenance work to arrange maintenance program for shutdown period.• Generating the faults report and maintaining complete follow up of the issue. • Restoration of 132KV Transmission Line Circuit in case of back feed from KESC.Synchronizing Generators and 132KV Line with KESC.• Correspondence with Lakra, LDC, and KESC for generation and distribution issues. • Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different maintenance activities and plant operation. Maintaining all the reports for UP and Down Generation of Plant. • Preparation of permit, material requisition, inventory buildup on oracle based computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).• Permit Tags issued to work execution and manage to plan for breakdown of the system. • To review and provide support in preparation of various maintenance performance reports such as preliminary failure root cause analysis report.• Planning & monitoring day to day activities and keeping in record all the activities and modification made.• Prepare technical specifications for spare parts & evaluate the received offers for maintaining the warehouse inventory of electrical and instrument equipment to ensure the availability of all critical spares in case of emergency.
