My major responsibilities include Funds management, Financial management, Sub-grants management, Budget preparation, Managing and Leading Administration, Human Resource, Logistics and Security departments. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reports. Ensuring donor compliance and timely reporting to donor and HQ. Providing training to finance and administrative team of Johns Hopkins and consortium partners on financial and administrative matters. i.e. GST/sales tax guidelines, USAID vetting and compliance, tax reporting, close out procedures, disposition plans etc. Arranging compliance review of partners and providing them with feedback and recommendations. Capacity building of finance and non-finance team and providing support to successful implementation of program activities. I have set up finance, admin and HR systems and prepared Administrative & HR and Finance manuals.

I had set up and successfully implemented financial and administrative systems for 10 new branch offices in KP and FATA Devised SOPs for construction contracts of several war damaged health facilities in KP and FATA areas Other major responsibilities were funds management, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for donor and the organization.
