Quality control specification of Bitumen & Polymer modified Bitumen strictly Controlled and implemented as per Ministry of Transport requirement.● Planned the arrangement of related chemical operations for optimal efficiency in coordination with management, suppliers, related departments, and clients.●Handled customer complaints including physically visiting customer plants and Collaborating with production engineers to identify and solve issues.● Participate in preparing the CRMB(Crumb rubber modified) Training Manual● Produced short/long term production scheduling and forecasting and monthly analysis and cost forecasting.● Independently controlling and calibrating Equipment like Dynamic shear rheometer, Bending beam rheometer, pressure aging vessel, viscometer (Brookfield), Ductilitometer and penetrometer in order to control various PG grade Asphalt and their specification●Controlling super pave asphalt binder specification and responsible to issue manufacturer certificate and material conforms to the specification of Ministry of transport, Saudi Arabia in accordance with AASHTO M320 for reported PG Grade . For example high temp behavior (Rutting or permanent deformation of road), low temp. cracking behavior (thermal cracking) , short term binder ageing(rtfo) and long term binder ageing(pav)●Polymers such as styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), Ethylene vinyl acetate and crumb rubber and various other polymers mixed in laboratory and prepared trial sample submitted to MOT laboratory for approval .

•Formulating new Decorative & Industrial Paints as per market requirements.•Having ability to build up strong customer relationship by providing goodtechnical services .•Dealing raw material suppliers to develop new paints formulation & tomodify the existing paints formulations as per market requirements. •Worked for Product development, process optimization &Quality Control• Successfully developed new decorative product e.g. Alkyd emulsion paint , Marble effect paint , One coat emulsion paint , Water resistance paint , Pearl emulsion paint ,Paint remover• Developmental worked contributed for various type of industrial coatinge.g. Acrylic , N.C. , P.U and Epoxy .

• Handling the entire Technical requirement from wet blue to finish with in the organization including sales, production, planning & manpower management • Schedule production plan from raw material to finished product. • Responsible to improve sales, production efficiency quality control which resulted to emerge a leading co. in the kingdom .• Inspection for pre-production trials and new developments.• Generating Weekly Quality Analysis Report for every week and checking activities.• To develop new Leathers as per customer requirements• Working in the Upper Leather Department, mainly in the dye house and finishing areas. Producing samples for customers and support work for production departments.
