Role undertaken include:RBS : OAT Test manager to manage the OAT Testing team for a large scale transformation programme for a financial institution, reporting directly to the programme test manager. Responsible for the management and delivery of the OAT testing (including data transformation).• The OAT Test manager will lead the day to day management of all complex OAT testing including defect resolution.• Produce Batch test plans to include regression and end to end batch testing. Maintain defects in Test Director• To ensure resolution of defects, with appropriate action plans agreed. • To liaise with test administrators and test support to fix defects and retest. • The OAT Test Manager will be required to manage a third party test team as well as internal matrix managed resources.
