 Review of Bank Payments Voucher, AP Invoices and Petty cash vouchers, Ensuring Payments are made as per company policies and as per agreements i.e. issuing of debit note against short/less quantity received or against price variance and adjustment of advance etc. Reconciliation of Vendors. Timely resolution of vendor related payment issues. Making sure that proper deductions have been made as per Income & Sales tax regulations and deposited in government’s treasury thereof. Verifying that Income & Sales tax Withheld Certificates have been sent to local suppliers on timely basis. Liaising with Corporate Office for monthly filling of Sales Tax Return.  Preparation of Record of CWIP and Fixed Asset Register including Additions, Deletion & Calculation of Depreciation. Create and monitor a system of controls, Procedures and forms for the recording of fixed assets. Tracking the compilation of project costs into Fixed Asset accounts in CWIP, and Capitalized those accounts once the related projects have been completed. Work closely with the other departments in tracking project costs in comparison to their budgeted projections. Monthly Closing Entries for Finalization of Accounts.
