*Support the ASAP head quarters to find new training hubs and to conduct infra structureaudit prior to empanelment.*Verify all records related to project implementation on the assigned training partners.Identify target groups from various institutions with the support of PTA, LSGand the local academic community.*Project presentation and admission to courses followed by focused interviews.*Facilitate hybrid classrooms and coordinate with technical team for smooth functioning .*Establish communication channels to update the stake holders on project progress.*Key monitoring agent of the quality of course delivery and ensure the transaction is accordancewith the quality frame work.*Collect student feedback forms for ensuring effective classroom engagement.*Create risk management plan for timely project completion.*Keep track of the continuous evaluation process and update the details in ASAPManagement Information system (MIS).*Administer APTIS test and other evaluation procedures as a part of ASAP.*Submit Weekly and monthly work plan in MIS and reviewing the status of achievedtargets in the Review meetings.*Prepare monthly financial budget plan, make allotment requests and add expenditures according toestablished accounting policies and procedures
