Director Finance – Planning & Forecasting of global technology expenses, Investment Optimization and Reengineering• Reduced technology expenses by $5million by leading tech reengineering governance committee to develop and implement initiatives.• Developed and implemented Investment Decisioning model to evaluate and prioritize all discretionary investments across AEB based on financial & strategic criteria. As a result investments were re-prioritized and return on investment (ROI) is expected to improve.• Revamped the entire investment approval process to make it more efficient, objective and transparent.
