Director Finance – Planning & Forecasting of global technology expenses, Investment Optimization and Reengineering• Reduced technology expenses by $5million by leading tech reengineering governance committee to develop and implement initiatives.• Developed and implemented Investment Decisioning model to evaluate and prioritize all discretionary investments across AEB based on financial & strategic criteria. As a result investments were re-prioritized and return on investment (ROI) is expected to improve.• Revamped the entire investment approval process to make it more efficient, objective and transparent. Set up and facilitated Investment Review Committee, headed by the President, to drive investment funding across all businesses based on ROI rather than allocating investment funds to business unit heads.• Developed and implemented new charge out methodology for global technology expenses that improved transparency and decision making ability.
