Accounting and Tax Duties• Coordinates and reviews financial statements and tax filings for a portfolio of 200+ entities, including: South Dakota and Delaware Trusts, US Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), BVI Trusts, Canadian Limited Partnerships, BVI, Barbadian and Bahamian Business Companies.• Interprets trust deeds, complex tax legislation and performs intense research on international regulations to guarantee full compliance.• Liaises directly with high net worth clients, intermediary banks, auditors and advisors to complete accounting and tax filings with the relevant authorities while adhering to tight deadlines. Trust and Corporate Administration Duties• Prepares Resolutions, Letters of Authorization, Share Transfer documents, Deeds of Termination and Addition and other Agreements as requested.• Assists with trust set up, client onboarding and ongoing monitoring; including completion of forms and collection, review and maintenance of KYC documents and structure amendments.• Verbal and written communication with clients and intermediaries for distribution requests, bank account opening and other ad hoc requests. • Attends board meetings and takes minutes when required. • Prepares incorporation documents for companies and files local permits and licenses with the Registrar of Companies• Assists Managing Director with other ad hoc tasks and special assignments
