Rashidah Billups is a highly accomplished FinTech advisor with a wealth of experience in the financial services & technology industry. Rashidah Billups joins Randolph & Main Capital group as its Chief Financial Officer where she will oversee the firm’s Brokerage services for the Fraxion Marketplace, its crowd funding platform. Billups' professional experience in the financial industry extends over 20 years, her roots begin early with certifications C-Tech & CISCO in Fiber Optics and Network Cabling, building computers and designing networks. Roles held include Assistant Vice President of affinity card services, and BCM II at BofA Merrill Lynch, and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, to launching her own independent advisory practice.Billups has also been an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the Community Development Finance industry. As a graduated Fellow '22 and now the Inaugural Executive Director of the Open Access, a nonProfit organization, she has spoken at several conferences and events highlighting the importance of diversity in driving innovation and growth in the industry.One of Billups' most significant contributions to the FinTech industry has been her work as an advisor to several startups through her firm Park Place Consultants. Her expertise in the field has helped these companies to develop innovative financial technology products that have disrupted traditional financial services. She has also been instrumental in securing funding and raising equity, which has allowed her clients to grow and expand their offerings.Billups’ greatest accomplishment is her family. Happily married to her lovely husband of 20 years, Alexander Monroe Billups. Together they have two daughters and one son, with family residing in both New Jersey and Virginia.
