As a Construction Manager overseeing the development of ENOC Occupational Health Clinic, I play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project from concept to completion. Working as a project engineer managing multiple Civil Projects in a major oil refinery (ENOC Processing Company LLC - EPCL) located in Dubai. -Managing projects in an operational oil refinery with a capacity of 210,000 barrels.-Preparing BOQ and scope of works for tendering.-Preparing cost estimates and feasibility studies.-Preparing engineering sketches and drawings with draftsmen for project delivery.-Coordinating with departments such as EHS and Process to ensure alignment within projects.-Ensuring compliance of contractor based on project specifications through the execution process from start to finish.-Understanding of company, free zone, and government regulations.-Understanding of PTW system and processes-Exposure of refinery projects include: o Preparation of new plots for future project planso Construction of roads, foundations, and portacabins to optimize refinery operationso Tankage and refinery expansion projectso Tankage maintenanceo Modification of underground facilities (utility pipes, electrical cables, storm water sewers)o Construction of buildings such as gate house and laboratory buildings.o Maintenance of existence facilities such as tank bund walls and vessel foundations.
