Respond to coverage requests from internal departments. Calculate the net impact to ProSight. Review direct loss runs to ensure all covered claims attach in the reinsurance system. Review various property and inland marine losses as they are notified to the company and determine policies affected. Review coverage to ascertain loss is covered. Notify markets. Upon settlement by the cedant, bill reinsurers for their share and follow-up to make sure payments are made on a timely basis. Liaise with clients and reinsurers as needed. Provide reports to brokers as needed i.e. outstanding amounts, loss records for renewal submissions.
