Work with IOM to coordinate, plan, budget, implement and monitor and evaluate developmental projects/programs funded by USAID, EUTF, the Japanese Government, etc. to support the efforts of the Government of Sierra Leone in the following problematic areas.  Promoting humane, dignified and informed migration to, from and within the country  Strengthening the capacity of the healthcare system and cross border areas  Enhance the capacity of the Sierra Leone Government on Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Response.  Diaspora Project Officer: Support in implementing, coordinating and managing of all aspects of the project regarding the strengthening of the Sierra Leone health, agriculture and education sector through Diaspora engagements.  Communication Officer: In charge of coordinating internal and external media information and representing the organization under the close supervision of the Head of Mission.  Reintegration Officer: (MM/AVRR) Supervise and coordinate reintegration caseworkers to ensure adequate monitoring and evaluation of activities.  E-Learning Officer: hands-on e-learning support between lecturers and students
