Demonstrating a commitment to excellence, I led cross-functional teams in crafting comprehensive business plans, encompassing acquisition analyses, technology development assessments, and effective rollout communication and training strategies.**Predictive Maintenance:** Adept in developing Preventive Maintenance and Technical Specifications, I optimized maintenance procedures to eradicate Human Performance Error Likely Situations and eliminate redundancies. My role involved identifying and addressing gaps in the Maintenance Basis through the implementation of Procedure Change Requests.**Industrial Automation:** Serving as the overall process owner for automation and electrical engineering, I excelled in developing technically and commercially sound Plant Automation solutions. From conceptualization to commissioning, I enforced rigorous quality standards, ensuring seamless integration and handover.**Machine Learning:** With hands-on experience in developing and testing the BitezeHydro System for Micro Hydro Power Plants (MHPs), I effectively managed the Bitsym product portfolio and a technical team of engineers. - Successfully accomplished pre sales support and installation, commissioning, testing of Polycom audio/video conferencing systems, AMX office/home automation products, and Panasonic Panaboards.- Secured sales of over Rs. 7.7 Million resulting in revenue generation. Single handedly implemented digital education system in Hayatabad Medical Complex that earned appreciation from the client.

Worked as a co-founder in Aerotronix for more than 15 months. Designed and developed a control system for gas heaters and geysers in order to ensure safety of users by shutting down the valve during the load shedding. Moreover, the control system was retrofitted in an exiting gas heaters and geysers. The operation of the system was digitally controlled via mobile app. 6 months were spent on marketing of the product but unfortunately the product couldn't succeed in the Pakistani market.
