Supported the team to design HVAC Systems for various projects of Aramco and Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC)

• Design of complete HVAC system including heating & cooling load calculation• Preparation of BOD/RDS/ROOM BOOK, DBR.• Preparation of BOQ, Cost estimation and Tender.• Selection of equipment i.e. Chiller, Pumps, Cooling Tower, VRF, AHU, FCUs, FA/EA Fans, DX systems.• Review/Preparation of HVAC equipment specifications and equipment data sheets• Design of Air Distribution System (Ducting) & selection of accessories such as diffusers, grills, insulations, volume control dampers and fire dampers.• Selection of Supply, Return, Fresh & Exhaust air grilles as per the standards.• Preparing drawings related to HVAC Ducting and piping systems independently.• Sizing of ducts and chilled water pipes as per consultants requirements.• Calculation of Duct static pressure and Pump head.• Design of HVAC plant room and chilled water system schematic layout.• Design of Kitchen/Toilet/Basement ventilation system.• Study & co-relation of Architectural, Structural & M.E.P. drawings.• Review, check and distribute drawings and technical documents.• Preparing of High Level, False Ceiling & Wall outlet Coordination Layouts.• Preparation of all sectional details for underground services & in false ceiling, in Co-ordination Drgs. of A/C Systems.• Preparation of ‘As Built Drawings’ from available data from Engineers from site.• Preparation of Quantity from Consultant’s tender drgs. Calculation of Ducting & piping, grilles & diffusers quantities for the purpose of Estimation.• Co-ordination between various junior Draughtsman on Internet in organizing drgs. for the major projects.• Providing details of plant rooms, kitchen hoods. Pump rooms, chiller yards.• To give approval on duct tag drawing, AHU and Fan GA drawing and sign off purchase order before ordering.• Co-ordination with junior draughtsman for the submission of shop drawings etc.• Attend technical and progressive review meetings with client/sub-contractors.
