• Perform routine Optimization work to improve main KPIs like (Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility & Service Integrity) like RRC Success Rate, ERAB Success Rate, ERAB Drop Rate & Handovers & UL / DL Throughput etc. for the LTE FDD Networks.• Daily LTE Optimization, worst cell identification using performance and Optimization tools and taking actions accordingly.• RF parameter audit, KPIs Analysis for LTE cells and tuning parameter to improve the KPIs for Accessibility, Retainability, Integrity (Throughput), and Mobility (intra LTE HO, X2 HO and S1HO).• CSFB and LTE to 3G and vice versa mobility parameter tuning.• Coverage Optimization (Antenna Tuning) & highlight and optimize overshooting Cells and reducing Overlapping Area to improve performance.• Checking and rectifying Hardware issues e.g. RRU faults. Sector Swap etc.• Analyses of Drive testing logs on Actix analyzer and tems discovery and provide recommendation & improvement for RSRP & RSRQ & SINR & RSSI & CQI.• Troubleshooting the RRC, ERAB, HHO, HHI degradations.• PCI Overshooting analysis, Missing Neighbor detection..• Primarily responsible for all KPI TEST scenarios for the performance management of LTE Network. Test consisted of 3 point Data Up link & Down link, Ping Test, handovers checking, Attached & Detached and session recovery.• Monitoring & Ensure consistent RSRP, RSRQ and SINR parameters performance for better coverage of the site.
