Providing the management outsourcing services in areas of accounting, auditing, financial reporting & analysis, payroll and inventory

Key responsibilities included:• Formation of corporate & non-corporate (partnerships, proprietorships) businesses;• Preparation of the tax records & documentations of the clients;• Liaising with tax department, reply the notices on behalf of the clients;• Filing of monthly sales/services tax return, computations of tax liabilities, deduction of withholding tax and ensure the timely payments of the taxes; and• Advisory on Corporate compliances.

Key responsibilities included:• Supervisory of the accounts and reporting to the management;• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);• Project accounting, budget variance analysis & funds management;• Payroll management, review the salary sheets in accordance with company policy & regularity authorities;• Compliance with taxation laws applicable to company being taxpayer and withholding agent;• Corporate compliances to the Registrar of the Companies; and• Coordination with external auditors in annual financial audits
