1) Execute Risk Based Global Internal Audit Plan in consultating with Country Head of Internal Audit. 2) Assist Head of Internal Audit in preparing audit committee presentation and secretarial work. 3) Prepare activity wise audit plan for each audit assignment in alignment with approved Internal Audit Plan. 4) Assist in designing and reviewing periodic Internal Audit Plan & Risk scorecard. 5) Conduct periodical audit on business process, book keeping, good practices, HR and other department and subsidiaries to report on policy implications. 6) Assist in preparation of relevant notifications, checklist, questionnaire etc. documents as required to carry out an audit. 7) Carry out audit field work in accordance with the audit plan and schedule. 8) Draft audit findings and report for review before issuance including recommendation with possible course of actions to mitigate the risk. 9) Document and maintain audit files containing all relevant documentations for each of the audit assignments. 10) To carry out ad-hoc audit assignments and investigation including reporting as guided by Head of Internal Audit. 11) To carry out any other ad hoc duties relevant to Internal Audit work as directed by Head of Internal Audit.
