As Assistant Chief, I led various modifications, updates, repairs, and training initiatives to bolster safety compliance in line with the company's values.Participating in weekly management meetings, I contributed to improving building functionality by reviewing invoices, contracts, proposals, SOP's, records, and bids related to facility operations. I oversaw a successful energy-efficient retrofit of the lighting system, resulting in annual savings of nearly half a million dollars.
