My current product has been the launch of Early Access for Plus members for the July online event (equivalent to Prime day event), membership price increase across 600 US & PR clubs and on Sam’s Club Website & mobile app which will lead to a double digit % growth in membership income. Prior to this, I led the Contact Center initiatives as a PM at Sam’s Club where I spearheaded the migration of legacy Customer Service Center into the next generation Contact Center migrating 2000 agents and reducing the average handling time by 2 minutes. As a part of the migration efforts, I also created a brand-new online returns capability which is now a core part of the overall end to end returns in Sam’s Club omni commerce.Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, decorating nooks and corners of my house(amateur interior decorator), painting with my two beautiful girls and mentoring young women trying to navigate the chaotic life of a product manager.
