1. Conduct market intelligence for supply market awareness and related trends in order to assess the present and future item category availability, prices and related supply chain risks. 2. Place purchase orders to pre-selected suppliers with whom prices have been agreed and approved.11. Request invoices or receipts, without delay, for all purchases, check they are correctly filled and submit to finance for payment. 12. Update information on purchase lists after purchases are made. 13. Preparation of supplier framework agreement and Service Level Agreement (SLA) 14. Regularly updates the supplier-item-price data on the supply office. 15. Purchase management on UNIFIELD (Integrated Supply Chain and Finance Management monthly project field reports on received and issued out. 16. Assists in reception control process with the storekeeper and supply officer assistant. 17. Inventory management and updating asset register and stock cards.
