Associated with SRF Vidyalaya (The Shri Ram Schools) as its Founder Principal, this school is a CSR initiative of SRF Limited. In my role as the Founder Principal, I was actively involved in the development, beautification, expansion and maintenance of the school’s campus, recruitment of Teaching and Admin Staff,admissions of students, development of curriculum, designing Worksheets and Workbooks, conducted teacher training modules, policy making, increased the intake of children in the School from 0 to 450 in a span of 4. 5 years. Initially, the School was till Class II, under my leadership the School is now till Class VI( Two sections) as per NEP 2020.Before SRF Vidyalaya, I was also the Headmistress of Green Fields School, New Delhi for 12 years. Also, before taking up roles of leadership, I have 15 years of experience at various schools across India as a Junior school teacher.Designed content for the Adult Literacy Programme( Level I & II) and expertise in designing enhanced curriculum and content for Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN).Good at interpersonal relationships and communication skills. Arranged sponsorships and donations for the students and school through my networks. An independent planner, manager and organiser of Students & Parents Medical Camps, School Annual Programs etc., in cost effective budgets.
