My Expertise / My Purpose in LifeHaving worked in the corporate world, I have a well-defined, strategic thinking coupled with strong interpersonal skills. During the years of experience of life, people and relationships at work and on personal front, I got interested in understanding how the mind works, why we behave the way we do, what motivates us and what limits us. Being from a business- joint family, I developed keen understanding of human behaviour in different scenarios with respect to position, age and situation. This later helped me as a parent in coaching my child’s behaviour in a positive manner enabling motivation and confidence.My thirst for learning more led me to undertake courses in:• Transactional Analysis (popularly known as TA) as a basis for understanding behaviour by Dr. K.A. Sebastian from Institute of Counselling and Transactional Analysis.• A foundation course in Vedanta Philosophy further paved the way for me to understand people from a spiritual aspect. • Undertook ‘The Work’ workshop of self-inquiry of leading American author and speaker Byron Katie.• Coach Training from Coacharya which has a beautiful blend of eastern and western philosophies, approved by International Coach Federation (ICF).• Workshop on Fundamentals of Non Violent Communication from Houston NVCMy Coaching Philosophy:As a Coach, I am passionate about people growth and bringing out positive changes to help others become the best versions of themselves on both work and personal front.
