• Served as a core team member on a Sox Assessment engagement for an automotive client. Role included performing a current state assessment of the control environment, completing a fit gap analysis against the new framework and formulating recommendations.• Served as the Lead Senior and Core team member on a Sox Outsourcing engagement for a diverse manufacturing company. Trained offshore personnel on best accounting practices, reviewed and prepared work papers, developed reports and communicated issues to onsite audit leaders and client management.• Led team in performing external audit for a diverse client base including a Private Equity firm and a Not-for-Profit organization. Responsibilities included providing audit services, preparing financial statements, lead communications for audit and client management, manage audit budget, conduct variance analysis and developed reports for audit management.• Senior team member for large external audit for Local Government.
