I am part of very prestigious program Named as , " Digital Sakhi " i.e Digital Sakhi Program is a flagship program by L & T Financial Services, implemented by Action for Agriculture Renewal in Maharashtra (AFARM). The pilot phase was started in June 2017 in the three districts of Maharashtra named as Pune, Osmanabad and Solapur. L&T Finance envisions the digital sakhi program to have significant impact on the communities by targeting rural women. This program is center around digital financial literacy of rural communities, whereas enterprise development and livelihood enhancement interventions, specifically with rural women. The project has selected and trained 100 Digital Sakhi’s to become change makers, trainers and outreach workers within their communities & is also supporting 1000 women entrepreneurs to expand their business & thereby facilitating the empowerment process.

 Proud to be part of NAHARAI Initiative -DHRUVA -BAIF , in Gangapur Village of Vansda Block of south Gujrat with the support of TSP, as part of ECO -Heath - Action research under Swayamsiddha Project . In Swayamsiddha project ( Project was focused on Women and health ) funded by renowned development support agencies like CIDA and IDRC .one of the major objective of the projects was Women and surrounding health i.e Eco Health Research . Worked as Research Associate, problem is defined by the community itself was a participatory research. In Gujarat community thought Change in Food and its association with human health. Facilitated the Eco Health Research with the community for the complication of the research need to study number of sub topic i.e. Biodiversity of the area , Available food source ,Seasonal pattern ,change in cropping pattern ,migration pattern, change in lifestyle socio economic status. Major finding of the research was change in food pattern (availability of food) leads to Malnutrition. Invented and Promoted Indigenous Cuisine Corner for Indigenous/ nutritious food through “NAHARI” (Indigenous cuisine corner) as livelihood option for landless women, with forward and backward linkage with women farmers groups and WADI holder.
