Lead On-boarding and HR OperationsI was hired to review and ensure appropriate implementation of lifr cycle of On-boarding, Background Verification and HR Operations process for Merck (1000 employees)On boarding / HR Operations – Generalist Which Includes:• On-boarding formalities• Employee Database maintenance• Documentation (Personal file of employees and Employee Master file)• Separations/Exit Management• Bonafide Letters (Employment, Salary, Address Proof, Visa letters etc)• PF / Gratuity• Insurance• Compliance - (Shop And Establishment Act)Background Screening• Successfully introduced a new vendor to streamline the process• Streamlined the existing process and cleaning up the existing data and publishing a fortnightly dashboard to all stakeholders• Post Hire Background verification is 95% completion out of 650 employees, which was in 21% in 2014• Introduces a SLA of 21 working Days with the vendor for the completion of Background VerificationReports• Publish the Monthly dashboard with the HR Cabinet members• Prepare and publish reports using Advance Excel and Power point presentation
