The main objective of the project was to improve the production efficiency of the tea manufacturing processes. The project was run under 4 main tasks, data acquisition, data pre-processing, data analysis, and model building. I had the opportunity to conduct the Principal Component Analysis of the gathered data. Transfer learning models and ensemble models along with data augmentation were exercised as strategies to build up a good model. Finally, the model was served using a deployable web application that could be hosted on cloud servers.
