Implementation of Microsoft dynamics 365 business Central and its addon product

• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues• Implement and administer employee policies. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures• Increase employee engagement and satisfaction• Manage employee performance appraisal process• Manage documents including termination and severance letters• Offer proactive recruiting assistance• Liaise with recruitment agencies and external consultants/vendors• Train and provide support to the HR team member
