Roles and Responsibilities:• Handling Onsite and Offsite Teams for Internal Recruitment in India, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia operations.• Participated in recruitment planning & management discussions.• Deriving HR process for offshore & onsite recruitment, responsible for driving the end to end process.• Worked from sourcing part to till onboarding & Back ground verification Process.• Taking care of team management, validations & their closures• Induction for new joiners & participated in exit interviews.• Managing process & compliances• Maintaining entire end-to-end IT recruitment process for both off-shore and on-site for various IT Skills.• Extensively worked on Saudi and Malaysia requirements.• Understanding the Job Description and sourcing right candidate with the right technology mix.• Using different resources including job portals, professional contacts, social networking, referrals to source.• Sourcing candidates extensively through LinkedIn.• Screening and understanding candidate thoroughly for the requirements.• Conduct the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate.• Coordinating with Technical Panel for all Technical interviews and Client interviews.• Salary negotiation with the shortlisted candidates.• Follow-up with the candidates on the receipt of offer and their acceptance of offer.• Speaking to the offered candidates on a weekly basis to keep them motivated to join the company on time.• Ensure closure of the offers within given deadlines, • Conducting reference check and joining formalities.• Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports as required by management.
