On behalf of Jefferies International, an American multinational investment bank and financial services company:Implemented best practice procurement to an immature procurement function, working with key stakeholders to establish relationships and sell ‘procurement’ as a commercial partner.Implant within the Real Estate team following the successful delivery of a Global FM category analysis that generated a new international spend dashboard, situation analysis and category maturity assessment used to prioritise change. Generated a suite of transformational projects that resulted in FM procurement cost savings. Executed a mission-critical project – relocating Jefferies from an existing site to 100 Bishopsgate, London - a newly constructed office space; used the opportuntity to source an IFM supplier, consolidating suppliers across 16 EMEA and APAC locations; sourcing project delivered 16% in cost reduction savings. Project managed the procurement of furniture requirements for the relocation.

On behalf of UBS AG, a multinational Swiss investment bank and financial services company:Served as the Sourcing Team Lead for all real estate, FM, marketing, travel, professional services (Legal & Management Consultancy) categories across EMEA region.Advised and coached direct reports on a complex European wide IFM tender, comprising 19 locationsCreated a Construction panel for 5 sub-categories with Framework agreements and rate cards.Spearheaded a complex Catering & Front of House RFP for staff catering, vending, client fine dining and retail outlets.Led the delivery of Procurement services to new office locations in Luxemburg, Spain, and Poland.
