I started my career in a customer service sector, where we used to handle customer calls and enquiries related to their loan and insurance applications, the profile helped me in gaining knowledge about the products, good communications skills, leadership and proficiency in handling customer end requirements and grievances. From a customer service industry I got an opportunity to enhance my career into media research analyst. As a research analyst we collect information based on news reports, magazines, online websites, on daily basis, and co-ordinate the same with different verticals of Business development team. The current profile helped in gaining immense knowledge about different industry and sectors.
