• Understanding the Quality Assurance Process for CMMi Level 4.• Analyzing and upgrading the QMS documents for the Soltius for CMMi certification.• Implementing Processes of CMMi Level 4 at Soltius.• Planning Quality Assurance Activities. Collecting various kinds Quality Process related data of all the projects being implemented at Soltius Infotech.• Prepared knowledge base of the Soltius projects data for the upcoming projects.• Defined Upper Limit and Lower limits for the various metrics based upon the metrics data collected from the projects.• Performing Audits for various Maintenance and development Projects.• Analyzing all the Non-Conformance found during the Audit. Reporting the Non – Conformance to SEPG group during the SEPG Meetings.
