Medwiser is a non profit organisation working towards spreading awareness towards HIV/AIDS. It is actively evolving prevention programs in a user friendly, non-traditional manner. Rashmi was managing the design and development of a web based questionnaire driven application which helps in identifying the level of risk a person runs of having contracted HIV and the need to undergo a test for detecting an HIV infection.

-- Worked closely with the business to understand complex business requirements and translate into functional specifications and scope matrix.-- Planned and managed project initiation, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation functions.-- Managed multiple geographically distributed customer projects for Intelligent Network systems(prepaid/postpaid) deployed across USA, Asia and Africa in parallel.
